Directions: (For 4 servings) In a 2 qt pan, whisk together 1 1/3 cup soup mix to 4 cups water. Bring to a light boil, stirring occasionally to avoid scorching. Soup is ready when ingredients are tender. May thin by adding more water or make a thicker soup by using less.
