Dehydrated egg mix is a versatile mix.  This mixture of whole egss along with milk and oil is perfect for having making scrambled eggs, omelets, and french toast.  This mix is easy to store and it is great to reach for when you do not know what to make.  This is a delicious addition to your food storage staples. 

Shelf life estimates are based on industry studies from sources deemed reputable. Since Rainy Day Foods has no control over individual storage practices, they must disclaim any liability or warranty for particular results.

Shelf Life:  Should be stored in cool dark place- optimum condition is 60 degrees or less- for longer storage. Storing properly in our enameled cans and Super pail buckets, product may store 5-10 years. Bulk products need to be repackaged for long term storage.

Directions:   To reconstitute, add water gradually while blending smooth with wire whips or fork. For each egg, add 2 tbsp. of egg powder with 2 1/2 tbsp. water.  To scramble, cook over low heat stirring constantly.  For baking, blend with dry ingredients and add water with other liquid in recipe.
