This product is packaged in mylar bags without an oxygen absorber. Store in air-tight containers to lengthen storage.
Directions: Add to mix: 2 Tbs olive oil, 1 1/2 cups warm water (about 115 degrees)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease round pizza pan or 9x13-inch baking pan. Put both yeast packets and honey crystals in mixer bowl and add warm water. Stir and let stand until the mixture bubbles. About 5 minutes. Stir in the olive oil, continue to stir and add mix slowly until dough forms. Dough will be very soft and sticky. Using wet hands or spatula spread dough evenly onto prepared pan and form an edge. Don't press dough down too hard, this will cause dough to be dense. Bake for 20 minutes. Top with your favorite toppings and bake additional 10 to 15 or until cheese melts.
