Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a large mixing bowl beat egg until foamy, add softened butter or margarine and beat until smooth. Reduce speed on mixer to low, then add packet of mix. Mix until well blended. Pour cinnamon sugar packet into a small bowl. Shape dough into 1 1/2 inch balls and roll in Cinnamon/Sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake 8-10 min. or until edges are lightly browned. Carefully remove from pan to a cooling rack. Cool completely and store in an airtight container. (These will stay soft if not over-baked)
