Directions:  Add: 3 eggs, beat first; 1 cup milk OR half & half for a creamier texture, 2 Tbsp melted butter.  1) In a medium bowl, beat three eggs, really well. 2) Pour in Crepe Mix & add milk. Beat on high for 3 minutes. Then add melted butter. 3) Cook on hot crepe pan or skillet. 4) Pour batter into pan and spread it with a spatula to make it  as thin as preferred. 5) Eat these hot! Top with strawberry jam, whipped cream, powdered sugar (OR) butter, cinnamon sugar & whipped cream or whatever way you love your crepes! Makes 18, 6-inch crepes.
