Shipping and Payments

 

At the time of your order, Rainy Day Foods will authorize the transaction with our payment gateway and will only debit the transaction in the event that your order is ready for shipping. Your information is secured safely with Authorize.net and will be billed at the time the order is shipped. Your order will be shipped promptly when the items you have ordered are available in our inventory. You will be notified if there is any delay lasting longer than 20 business days. The site will provide a quote for UPS ground. This quote is effective for UPS Ground or Federal Express ground shipping. If you have a preference for UPS or FedEx, you may specify it in the comments section of your order. Otherwise, we will choose the shipping option to use for your order. In some instances, we may choose to ship your order via United States Postal Service if your order would ship cheaper by mail or if a physical address is not provided and the quoted shipping cost will cover the cost to ship by mail. In those instances, we may not contact you before shipping.
