Our dehydrated sweet potato dices are a perfect addition to soups and casseroles. These dices are about 1/4" in diameter. Shelf life estimates are based on industry studies from sources deemed reputable. Since Rainy Day Foods has no control over individual storage practices, they must disclaim any liability or warranty for particular results.

Shelf Life:  Should be stored in cool dark place- optimum condition is 60 degrees or less- for longer storage. Storing properly in our enameled cans and Super pail buckets, product may store up to 15-20 years. Bulk products need to be repackaged for long term storage.

Nutritional Information

Directions:  Cover 1/4 cup dehydrated sweet potatoes with 3/4 cup water to reconstitute.  Simmer, cooking until tender.  After reconstituted may add into casseroles or pan fry. Should be refrigerated after reconstituted if not cooked immediately.   May add dry into soups and stews allowing for extra liquid.
