Dehydrated broccoli is a wonderful vegetable to have in your food storage.  This vegetable is great to throw in soups, casseroles, and stews.  Broccoli is great to make broccoli and cheese soup; something to keep you warm on those cold day.  This is a great resource for your long term food storage needs.

Shelf life estimates are based on industry studies from sources deemed reputable. Since Rainy Day Foods has no control over individual storage practices, they must disclaim any liability or warranty for particular results.

Shelf Life:  Should be stored in cool dark place- optimum condition is 60 degrees or less- for longer storage. Storing properly in our enameled cans and Super pail buckets, product may store 25 years. Bulk products need to be repackaged for long term storage.

Nutritional Information

Directions:  Add 1/4 cup broccoli to 1/2 cup water.  Simmer 5-10 minutes.  To add to soups and sauces add the water hot and let stand 10-15 minutes.  May add dry to soups or reconstitute and add to sauces and casseroles.
