Unopened and unused products may be returned to us within 30 days of the original purchase date with our authorization and a refund of the purchase price of the products less a 15% restocking fee will be issued when the product is received. Shipping costs will NOT be refunded and the cost to return the items to us will NOT be reimbursed.

Any packages or products returned by the shipping company (UPS ground, FedEx ground, USPS mail or freight shipments)due to incorrect name or address information will be eligible for a refund less any return shipping charges. Return shipping fees will be deducted from the total refund amount. A 15% restocking fee will also be deducted from the refund amount. Original shipping costs are not eligible for to be refunded.

**Because the actual shelf life of products will vary depending on the conditions in which they are stored, Rainy Day Foods does NOT guarantee the longevity of the products and will NOT replace or refund any product that has an original purchase date of more than six months.**
