Simply cook for a side dish adding honey and butter or add to soups, stews, and casseroles. Dehydrated carrots are a cubed size that can be easily added to flavor soups, beans, rice, and stews. Adds a great flavor and color to all your cooking needs.  With its long term shelf life expectancy it's a great item to have in your emergency food storage. 

Shelf life estimates are based on industry studies from sources deemed reputable. Since Rainy Day Foods has no control over individual storage practices, they must disclaim any liability or warranty for particular results.

Should be stored in cool dark place- optimum condition is 60 degrees or less- for longer storage. Storing properly in our enameled cans and Super pail buckets, product may store 25 years. Bulk products need to be repackaged for long term storage.

Nutritional Information

Directions:  Combine 1/2 cup dehydrated carrot dices with 1 1/2 cup water.  Bring to boil.  Cover.  Simmer for 15 minutes.  Drain.  Season as desired and serve.  Yields 1 cup cooked carrots.  Add dry to soups and stews.  Bake in cakes, cookies and breads.
