Egg noodles is a staple that you can make numerous combinations for a great home cooked meal.  These noodles are great for soups, casseroles, stroganoffs, and just a great sauce.  Egg noodles are great for making those comfort food dishes that we all love.  This is a must have for regular use and it will be especially important to have in your long term food storage!

Ingredients:  Enriched durum semolina with niacin, iron (ferrous sulfate), thiamine mononitrate (Vitamin B1) and riboflavin (Vitamin B2), folic acid (Vitamin B) egg solids.  No preservative added. *May contain bioengineered food ingredients.

Our egg noodles are great to have on hand.  These are great to throw in soups and in casseroles when you need to whip up something fast. These are a must have for your long term food storage.

Shelf life estimates are based on industry studies from sources deemed reputable. Since Rainy Day Foods has no control over individual storage practices, they must disclaim any liability or warranty for particular results.

Shelf Life:  Should be stored in cool dark place- optimum condition is 60 degrees or less- for longer storage. Storing properly in our enameled cans and Super pail buckets, product may store up to 10-15 years. Bulk products need to be repackaged for long term storage.

Directions: Cooking instructions: (8 servings) Bring 4 quarts water to a rolling boil. Salt may be added. Add 3 cups egg noodles and quickly return to a boil stirring gently. Cover and bring back to rolling boil. Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. For best results, avoid over cooking. Drain. Serve immediately. A small amount of oil can be added.
