Macaroni pasta is a great base for making so many dishes.  It can be used in soups, casseroles, cold salads, and warm comfort meals.  Macaroni is easy to cook up and put your favorite meat, vegetables, and cheese to make a great casserole.  This is great to use regularly as well for your long term food storage needs.

Ingredients:  Enriched durum semolina with niacin, iron (ferrous sulfate), thiamine mononitrate (Vitamin B1) and riboflavin (Vitamin B2); folic acid (Vitamin B).  No preservative added. *May contain bioengineered ingredients.

Allergens:  Wheat.

Our macaroni is a versatile product that can go miles in your long term food storage.  This can be used in soups, cold pasta salads, casseroles and macaroni and cheese.  This is a must have for your long term food storage because of the many dishes that can be made with this product.

Note: Due to elevation and/or temperature changes, buckets may be concave or convex upon arrival, normally this is not a problem. Buckets may be reshaped by removing lid, reshaping bucket and then replacing the lid. Product is not compromised since it is protected by the mylar bag.

Shelf life estimates are based on industry studies from sources deemed reputable. Since Rainy Day Foods has no control over individual storage practices, they must disclaim any liability or warranty for particular results.

Shelf Life:  Should be stored in cool dark place- optimum condition is 60 degrees or less- for longer storage. Storing properly in our enameled cans and Super pail buckets, product may store up to 15-20 years. Bulk products need to be repackaged for long term storage.

Directions:  Cooking instructions:  (8 servings) Bring 4 quarts water to a rolling boil.   Salt may be added. Stir in 2 cups macaroni and quickly return to a boil. Cook uncovered for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.  For best results, avoid over cooking.  Drain.  Serve immediately. A small amount of oil may be stirred in to keep from sticking.
