Rainy Day Foods offers this fantastic blend of dehydrated red and green bell peppers that add flavor to any dish. It is so convenient to be able to add these to omelets, casseroles, pizza, sauces, and more. These are not a hot pepper so every palate will enjoy them. Mixed peppers are a perfect way to compliment your long term storage items such as beans and rice. You will be happy to have them on hand in that emergency.    

Ingredients:Dehydrated peppers are a blend of red bell peppers and green bells peppers.  No preservative added.  Naturally gluten free product.   This product is non-GMO.

Shelf life estimates are based on industry studies from sources deemed reputable. Since Rainy Day Foods has no control over individual storage practices, they must disclaim any liability or warranty for particular results.

Shelf Life:  Should be stored in cool dark place- optimum condition is 60 degrees or less- for longer storage. Storing properly in our enameled cans and Super pail buckets, product may store up to 15-20 years. Bulk products need to be repackaged for long term storage.

Directions:   To reconstitute peppers, cover small amount with water and let stand until softened.  May add dry to soups, casseroles and other recipes.
