Shelf Life: Should be stored in cool dark place- optimum condition is 60 degrees or less- for longer storage. Storing properly in our enameled cans and Super pail buckets, product may store 20 plus years. Bulk products need to be repackaged for long term storage.

Directions: Cover desired amount of potato with hot water (1 part potato to 2 parts water). Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer approximately 20 minutes or until tender. Drain well and use in recipes calling for diced potatoes.
