Seven grain mix is a mixture of hearty grains that are great for a nice hot cereal.  This grain mix can also be grounded down for a great flour to make bread and rolls.  This mix is full of vitamin and a great source for proteins.  The combination of adding fruit and nuts to this cereal mix is endless.  This is also a great product to add to your long term food storage.

Ingredients:  Hard red wheat, hard white wheat, pearl barley, brown rice, triticale, rye, and millet.  No preservative added. This product is non-GMO.

Our 7 grain mix is a versatile mix of grains.  This mix can be used to make a nice warm morning cereal.  This can also be ground to use as a baking flour.  It makes wonderful bread and rolls for your dinner.  This is a must have for your long term food storage.   

Shelf life estimates are based on industry studies from sources deemed reputable. Since Rainy Day Foods has no control over individual storage practices, they must disclaim any liability or warranty for particular results.

Shelf Life:  Should be stored in cool dark place- optimum condition is 60 degrees or less- for longer storage. Storing properly in our enameled cans and Super pail buckets, product may store up to 15 years. Bulk products need to be repackaged for long term storage.
