Shelf Life:  Should be stored in cool dark place- optimum condition is 60 degrees or less- for longer storage. Storing properly in our enameled cans and Super pail buckets, product may store up to 3-5 years  Leavening in can may cause some bulging. Bulk products need to be repackaged for long term storage.

Directions:  Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine 3 cups mix with 1/4 cup warm water into a mixing bowl. Blend on low speed for 30 seconds, scrape bowl. Increase speed to medium and mix for one minute or until batter is smooth and well blended. Roll dough into 1" balls. Coat each one in confectioners' sugar (powdered sugar). Place on parchment lined baking sheet and bake for approximately 12-14 minutes. Cool.
