Our natural dough enhancer will improve your bread.  Dough enhancer is used to add texture to your bread and to add moisture to it.  Dough enhancer helps activate your yeast and is used to help soften the texture of it.  This is a must have for your long term food storage needs.

Ingredients:  Sweet dairy whey, soy lecithin, corn starch, ascorbic acid, salt, silicon dioxide, spices, fructose, partially hydrogenated soybean/cotton seed oil.

Contains:  Soy and Dairy.

Packaged in a plant that handles milk, wheat, eggs, soy, and tree nut products.

Dough enhancer will improve the texture and taste of bread, especially whole wheat and whole grain recipes. It can also act as a preservative to lengthen the shelf life of bread. A handy ingredient supplement to include in your emergency food storage.

Shelf life estimates are based on industry studies from sources deemed reputable. Since Rainy Day Foods has no control over individual storage practices, they must disclaim any liability or warranty for particular results.

Shelf Life:  Should be stored in cool dark place- optimum condition is 60 degrees or less- for longer storage. Storing properly in our enameled cans and Super pail buckets, product may store 5-10 years. Bulk products need to be repackaged for long term storage.

Directions: For whole wheat bread:  Add 1 ½ to 2 rounded Tbsp. dough enhancer to 6 cups whole wheat flour.  Dough enhancer works best if oil is added immediately after the dough enhancer is added to water.
