Freeze dried diced beef it a great product to have on hand.  Diced beef is great to through in your crock pot meals.  This diced beef is great to take with you on hunting and camping trips.  They make great ingredients for soups, instant meals, and stews.  The meat is already precooked so it can cut down your cooking time on meals.  This is a must have for your long term food storage.

Ingredients:  Beef and salt.  

Packaged in a plant that handles milk, wheat, eggs, soy, and tree nut products.

Our freeze dried beef is a versatile product.  This can be used in any recipe calling for beef.  It's freeze dried so all the nutrients are stored within the meat as well as the hearty flavor.  This is a great product because, excluding vegetarians, we all enjoy our meat and this is one way to make sure you have meat products for your family in the future.  This is a must for your long term food storage.

Shelf life estimates are based on industry studies from sources deemed reputable. Since Rainy Day Foods has no control over individual storage practices, they must disclaim any liability or warranty for particular results.

Shelf Life: Should be stored in cool dark place- optimum condition is 60 degrees or less- for longer storage. Storing properly in our enameled cans and Super pail buckets, product may store up to 20 years. Bulk products need to be repackaged for long term storage.

Directions: For 1 serving, bring 3/4 cup water to a boil.  Remove from heat and add 2/3 cup beef dices.  Stir gently.  Cover and let stand 5-10 minutes.   Drain excess water and serve.  Use in any recipe requiring cooked beef.
