Freeze dried blueberries are a great food to have on hand. They can be eaten straight out of the can or they can be rehydrated and used in any recipe calling for blueberries. They are light weight and pack a powerful flavor as well as a big dose of nutrients. They bring color and flavor to any recipe. Use them to make syrups for pancakes or waffles in the morning. Use them in salads, fruit salads, or throw them in granola to add a little something to it.

Shelf Life:  Should be stored in cool dark place- optimum condition is 60 degrees or less- for longer storage. Storing properly in our enameled cans and Super pail buckets, product may store up to 20-25 years. Bulk products need to be repackaged for long term storage.

Directions: Eat plain for a great snack or add to salads, smoothies, yogurt, and cereals, such as oatmeal, to juice it up a notch. Rehydrate desired amount with water and cook with according to recipe directions.
