Golden flax is a versatile product that you can add to your diet.  Golden flax can be put on salads for a great nutty texture and taste.  It can also be thrown into your smoothies or add it to your granola mix.  Golden flax can be added to your cold or hot cereals in the morning.  It is a great way to add grain to your diet.  Golden flax is lighter in color compared to the more common brown flax.  It is great to throw into your homemade breads or just toss some into your yogurt.  This is a must have for your long term food storage!

Shelf Life:  Should be stored in cool dark place- optimum condition is 60 degrees or less- for longer storage. Storing properly in our enameled cans and Super pail buckets, product may store up to 5-10 years. Bulk products need to be repackaged for long term storage.

Directions: Flax seed may be added to dough for baking. May be eaten in seed form or milled for baking. It is recommended you use a coffee grinder to grind as the high oil content will seize up a grinder.
