Ingredients: Long grain enriched rice: (rice, niacin [B3], ferric orthophosphate [iron], thiamine mononitrate [B1], folic acid [B9]). Chicken teriyaki sauce: brown sugar (cane sugar, cane syrup), chicken (chicken meat, salt), tamari soy sauce (soybeans, salt, alcohol), corn starch, green peas, carrots, sake (rice, yeast), garlic powder, red bell pepper, onion, ginger, seasoning (yeast extract, yeast), mushroom, sea salt.

Contains: Soy.

Nutritional Information	Directions: Open package and discard oxygen absorber. Carefully add 1 2/3 cups boiling water. Stir carefully and close zipper. Wait 5 minutes, stir again and reseal. Let stand an additional 4 minutes. Stir and enjoy right out of the pouch.
