Our dehydrated nacho cheese sauce is a great product to have on hand. It is great to mix up for a quick plate of nachos. Ingredients:  Maltodextrin, Modified corn starch, Dehydrated cheddar cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes), Whey, Coconut oil, Salt, Buttermilk solids, Lactic acid, Sodium phosphate, Natural flavor, Yeast extract, Dehydrated jalapenos, cellulose gum, Sodium caseinate. Our nacho cheese sauce is a versatile sauce to have on hand. Put it on rice, potatoes, chips, and pasta. This is a great sauce to put in breads.  Make a plate of your favorite nachos.  Mix it up in your favorite salsa to make a cheesy salsa. This is a delicious addition to your food storage staples.

Shelf Life: Should be stored in cool dark place- optimum condition is 60 degrees or less- for longer storage. Storing properly in our enameled cans and Super pail buckets, product may store up to 5-10 years. Bulk products need to be repackaged for long term storage.

Nutritional Information

Directions:  For 4 servings add 1 cup sauce mix to 2 cups hot water.   Hand whisk until all powder has fully dissolved.  Microwave for 1-2 minutes to enhance flavor and further thicken sauce.   May also be simmered on low heat on stove.   Use for sauce in with chips, casseroles, soups, or fondues.
