Quick rolled oats have been rolled and cut to be quicker cooking.  Quick oats come from oat groats.  These make for a great breakfast cereal, that will keep you feeling fuller longer.  Quick oats are also great to use in dessert recipes, such as crips, cookies, and baked bars.  This is is must have for your long term food storage.

Ingredients:  100% natural organic quick rolled oats. This product is non-GMO.

Natural quick rolled oats are a great product to have on hand.  These oats are chemical free.  Natural quick oats are always great for breakfast, but there is so much more that can be done with these healthy oats.  Natural quick oats can be added to cookies, cakes, desserts, and can be used to make your own granola.  Natural quick oats are a delicious addition to your food storage staples.

Note: Due to elevation and/or temperature changes, buckets may be concave or convex upon arrival, normally this is not a problem. Buckets may be reshaped by removing lid, reshaping bucket and then replacing the lid. Product is not compromised since it is protected by the mylar bag.

Shelf life estimates are based on industry studies from sources deemed reputable. Since Rainy Day Foods has no control over individual storage practices, they must disclaim any liability or warranty for particular results.

Shelf Life:  Should be stored in cool dark place- optimum condition is 60 degrees or less- for longer storage. Storing properly in our enameled cans and Super pail buckets, product may store up to 15-20 years. Bulk products need to be repackaged for long term storage.

 Directions:   For each serving, boil 2/3 cup water and 1/8 tsp salt.  Stir in 1/3 cup oats.  Cook 1 minute, stirring occasionally.  Remove from heat and let stand 1 minute.
