Ingredients:  Bleached enriched wheat flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, folic acid), brown sugar, rolled oats, sugar, whole egg, dried honey, sodium bicarbonate, salt, artificial flavor and spice. (Note: chocolate chips, nuts, raisins, etc are NOT included in the mix)

Contains:  Eggs, wheat.

Shelf Life:  Should be stored in cool dark place- optimum condition is 60 degrees or less- for longer storage. Storing properly in our enameled cans and Super pail buckets, product may store up to 3-5 years  Leavening in can may cause some bulging. Bulk products need to be repackaged for long term storage.

Directions:  Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine 3 1/4 cups mix with 1/2 cup softened butter (1 stick) in a mixing bowl. Mix on medium speed until well blended, approximately 2 minutes. Add 1/2 cup water, along with chopped nuts and 1 cup raisins or 1 cup chocolate chips (may use your own preferred variations). Mix until dough is well blended, approximately 1 minute. Drop by scoops or spoonfuls onto parchment lined baking sheet and bake for approximately 15 minutes. Cookies will be soft and moist, do not overbake.
