Our ova easy eggs are a versatile product that can be used for multiple purposes.  These egg crystals are great for baking, making scrambled eggs, and even German Pancakes.  These eggs are handy to have on hand because when you are making your baked goods and suddenly realize that you do not have enough eggs on hand, instead of running to the store, you can reach into your cupboard for these eggs to use. Ingredients:  Whole eggs crystals (Dried whole Egg, yolks, and egg whites) glucose removed for stabiliy. This product is non-GMO.

Shelf life estimates are based on industry studies from sources deemed reputable. Since Rainy Day Foods has no control over individual storage practices, they must disclaim any liability or warranty for particular results.

Shelf Life:  Should be stored in cool dark place- optimum condition is 60 degrees or less- for longer storage. Storing properly in our enameled cans and Super pail buckets, product may store up to 8 years. Bulk products need to be repackaged for long term storage.

Directions:   Add 2 Tbsp. mix to 3 Tbsp. water for each egg.  Whisk until egg is dispersed. Do not use hot water.  Refrigerate and treat any unused portion as a perishable item.  Use for omelets, scrambled eggs, French toast or anywhere else you use liquid eggs.

*SHOULD BE STORED AT OPTIMUM CONDITIONS-60 degrees or less
