Our pork gravy is a versatile base that can be used as a gravy and as a sauce.  Pork gravy mix is great for casseroles, pour over rice or noodles.  This is also a great sauce to make a nice pork pot pie with.  This is great over mashed potatoes.  This sauce mix can be used to quickly whip up meals or stews.  It is great for hot pork sandwiches.  This gravy mix is as delicious as it is easy to use.  A need for your long term food storage-not just a necessity!

Ingredients:  Modified corn starch, enriched wheat flour (niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, and folic acid), maltodextrin (corn), rendered pork fat, hydrolyzed soy protein, salt, sugar, onion powder, disodium guanylate, guar gum, caramel color, natural flavorings, and paprika. Ingredients may be GMO.

Contains:  Soy, and Wheat.

Shelf Life:  Should be stored in cool dark place- optimum condition is 60 degrees or less- for longer storage. Storing properly in our enameled cans and Super pail buckets, product may store up to 10-15 years. Bulk products need to be repackaged for long term storage.

Directions:  In a sauce pan blend ½ cup gravy mix to 2 cups cool tap water.  Whisk, mixing well with a wire whisk, continue whisking.  Bring to a boil.   Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes, serve gravy at 140F to 160F.
