Overview

Our potato butter bits are a great product to have on hand.  These potato butter bits have a buttery flavor to them.  You can eat them plain or you can add a number of things to flavor them up a bit, such as sour cream, bacon, chives, and any other flavor that may strike your fancy.  Potatoes are a great staple to have on hand and these are great to have on hand in case you are in a bind for time.  They are quick to whip up and you have a great side dish or main course ready to go in minutes.  This is a need for your long term food storage needs.  

Ingredients:  Potatoes, salt, partially hydrogenated canola oil, mono and diglycerides, artificial color, natural and artificial flavor.  Freshness preserved with sodium bisulfite and BHT.

Dehydrated potato butter bits are a versatile product to have on hand.  These potatoes have a great buttery taste to them and are easy to prepare.  These potatoes are instant and you can add chives, sour cream, and cheese.  They are great at bringing comfort to your plate quickly. Shelf life estimates are based on industry studies from sources deemed reputable. Since Rainy Day Foods has no control over individual storage practices, they must disclaim any liability or warranty for particular results.

Shelf Life:  Should be stored in cool dark place- optimum condition is 60 degrees or less- for longer storage. Storing properly in our enameled cans and Super pail buckets, product may store up to 10-15 years. Bulk products need to be repackaged for long term storage.

Directions: Mix 1/4 cup potato butter bits with 3/4-1 cup boiling water for every 1/2 cup serving.  Promptly stir for 15-20 seconds to ensure even distribution.   Allow to sit for 3-5 minutes and fluff with a fork.  Serve as desired.
