Our potato butter bits are a great product to have on hand.  These potato butter bits have a buttery flavor to them.  You can eat them plain or you can add a number of things to flavor them up a bit, such as sour cream, bacon, chives, and any other flavor that may strike your fancy.  Potatoes are a great staple to have on hand and these are great to have on hand in case you are in a bind for time.  They are quick to whip up and you have a great side dish or main course ready to go in minutes.  This is a need for your long term food storage needs.  

Ingredients:  Potatoes, salt, partially hydrogenated canola oil, mono and diglycerides, artificial color, natural and artificial flavor.  Freshness preserved with sodium bisulfite and BHT.

Shelf Life:  Should be stored in cool dark place- optimum condition is 60 degrees or less- for longer storage. Storing properly in our enameled cans and Super pail buckets, product may store up to 10-15 years. Bulk products need to be repackaged for long term storage.

Directions: Mix 1/4 cup potato butter bits with 3/4-1 cup boiling water for every 1/2 cup serving.  Promptly stir for 15-20 seconds to ensure even distribution.   Allow to sit for 3-5 minutes and fluff with a fork.  Serve as desired.
