Shelf Life: Should be stored in cool dark place- optimum condition is 60 degrees or less- for longer storage. Storing properly in our enameled cans and Super pail buckets, product may store up to 10-15 years. Bulk products need to be repackaged for long term storage.

Directions:  Use as a sweetener.  May be used in place of sugar by adding the same amount of molasses powder to recipe in place of the sugar.   For liquid molasses add 1/4 cup water to 1 cup powder.   Mix well and allow to set.  May be warmed but do not boil.   Store in covered container and keep in cool dry place.  Recommended uses are as a confectionery item, baked goods, cookie and muffin mixes, cereal, meat flavors, dried soups or gravies.  Use in place of liquid molasses. Ideal to use in baking breads and rolls.  No sticky mess.
