Our imitation sausage bits are a versatile vegetable protein that can be used to make multiple things.  These bits are great for omelettes, pizzas, spaghetti sauce, casseroles, and soups.  These bits are also great for flavoring gravy so you can have your biscuits and gravy in the morning.  These are delicious and they are easy to use.  This is a must have for your long term food storage staples.

Ingredients:  Textured vegetable protein (soy flour, caramel color), soybean oil, water, salt, sugar, hydrolyzed corn-soy-wheat protein, natural flavorings. Ingredients may be GMO.

Shelf life estimates are based on industry studies from sources deemed reputable. Since Rainy Day Foods has no control over individual storage practices, they must disclaim any liability or warranty for particular results.

Shelf Life:  Should be stored in cool dark place- optimum condition is 60 degrees or less- for longer storage. Storing properly in our enameled cans and Super pail buckets, product may store up to 5-10 years. Bulk products need to be repackaged for long term storage.

Directions:  Imitation flavored sausage has a sausage-like flavor, aroma, and color.  Reconstituted it has the appearance of cooked ground sausage.  It may be used in gravies, soups, egg dishes, casseroles, spaghetti, and pizza dishes.  For each serving, add ½ cup water to ¼ cup bits and simmer or rehydrate.
