Our sour cream powder is a wonderful product to have on hand.  This powder is rich and creamy.  Sour cream powder is great for use in recipes with other ingredients.  This is great to use in casseroles, soups, sauces and dips.  Sour cream powder is wonderful to use in your baked recipes and you will not notice the difference.  This powder is as delicious as it is easy to use.  A need for your long term food storage!

Ingredients:  Cultured cream (cream, nonfat milk, culture, enzymes), salt, lactic acid, vitamin E and vitamin E added to preserve freshness. Contains less than 2% Silicon Dioxide as an anti caking agent and less than 2% Sodium Citrate as a processing aid.

Contains:  Dairy.

Shelf life estimates are based on industry studies from sources deemed reputable. Since Rainy Day Foods has no control over individual storage practices, they must disclaim any liability or warranty for particular results.

Shelf Life:  Should be stored in cool dark place- optimum condition is 60 degrees or less- for longer storage. Storing properly in our enameled cans and Super pail buckets, product may store up to 5-10 years. Bulk products need to be repackaged for long term storage.

Directions:   For reconstituting, mix one part powder to four parts liquid.   This sour cream powder is used in soups, casseroles, sauces, and baking purposes.  It has a strong aroma and does not mix well with straight water.  When added to other ingredients and cooked it adds a wonderful flavor.  It does not work well when mixing straight for sour cream topping.
