Ingredients:  Cultured cream (cream, nonfat milk, culture, enzymes), Salt, Lactic acid, Vitamin E and Vitamin C added to preserve freshness. Contains less than 2% Silicon Dioxide as an anti-caking agent and less than 2% Sodium Citrate as a processing agent. Non-GMO.

Shelf Life:  Should be stored in cool dark place- optimum condition is 60 degrees or less- for longer storage. Storing properly in our enameled cans and Super pail buckets, product may store up to 5-10 years. Bulk products need to be repackaged for long term storage.

Directions:   For reconstituting mix one part powder to four parts liquid.   This sour cream powder is used in soups, casseroles, sauces, and baking purposes.  It has a strong aroma and does not mix well with straight water.  When added to other ingredients and cooked it adds a wonderful flavor.  It does not work well when mixing straight for sour cream topping.
