Overview

Our spaghetti noodles are a great product to have on hand.  These noodles are long and slender.  They can be used for traditional Italian dishes as well as Asian dishes.  These noodles can be used in casserole dishes and any other dish calling for these noodles.  Our noodles are not made with egg so they will store longer and will be able to feed anyone that may be allergic to egg products.  This is a must for your family especially if spaghetti is one of your family's favorite meals. 

Ingredients:  Enriched durum semolina with niacin iron (ferrous sulfate), thiamine mononitrate (vitamin B1) and riboflavin (vitamin B2); folic acid (vitamin B).  No preservative added. This product is non-GMO.

Note: Due to elevation and/or temperature changes, buckets may be concave or convex upon arrival, normally this is not a problem. Buckets may be reshaped by removing lid, reshaping bucket and then replacing the lid. Product is not compromised since it is protected by the mylar bag.

Shelf life estimates are based on industry studies from sources deemed reputable. Since Rainy Day Foods has no control over individual storage practices, they must disclaim any liability or warranty for particular results.

Shelf Life:  Should be stored in cool dark place- optimum condition is 60 degrees or less- for longer storage. Storing properly in our enameled cans and Super pail buckets, product may store up to 15-20 years. Bulk products need to be repackaged for long term storage.

Directions:  Cooking instructions:  (8 servings) Bring 4 quarts water to a rolling boil.   Salt may be added. Stir in 2 cups spaghetti and quickly return to a boil. Cook uncovered for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.  For best results, avoid over cooking.  Drain.  Serve immediately.  If not serving immediately, rinse with cold water and then reheat when ready.    A small amount of oil may be stirred in to keep from sticking.
