Tomato powder is a great way to start your home made pizza sauce, spaghetti sauce and even tomato soup.  This powder allows you to control what is in your sauce.  You can flavor it the way you like it.  This is great to use regularly as well to have on hand for your long term food storage.

Ingredients: Tomato, Silicon Dioxide (up to 2% maximum) This product is non-GMO.

Our dehydrated tomato powder is a versatile base for sauce, paste, juice and more.  You can use it to make a great tasting spaghetti or pizza sauce by adding water and spices. 

Shelf life estimates are based on industry studies from sources deemed reputable. Since Rainy Day Foods has no control over individual storage practices, they must disclaim any liability or warranty for particular results.

Shelf Life:  Should be stored in cool dark place- optimum condition is 60 degrees or less- for longer storage. Storing properly in our enameled cans and Super pail buckets, product may store up to 5-10 years. Bulk products need to be repackaged for long term storage.

 Directions:  For 1/2 cup tomato sauce, blend 1/8 cup dehydrated tomato powder and 1/2 cup water.  For tomato paste, cut back on water.  Blend until you get desired thickness.  Use to thicken sauces, add to soups and stew.  Great for barbecues, pizza, spaghetti or chilled tomato juice.
