Our egg noodles are a great versatile product to have on hand.  These are a great staple that you can go to year around when you need them.  They are great for making soups, casseroles, stroganoffs, and other noodle dishes.  Adults and children like them.  These are great for making your very own homemade soups during those cold winter months and you want something simple and comforting to eat. These are a must for your long term food storage. 

Ingredients:  Durum Flour (Wheat), Egg Yolks or Eggs, Niacin, Iron, (Ferrous Sulfate), Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, and Folic Acid. This product is non-GMO.

Note: Due to elevation and/or temperature changes, buckets may be concave or convex upon arrival, normally this is not a problem. Buckets may be reshaped by removing lid, reshaping bucket and then replacing the lid. Product is not compromised since it is protected by the mylar bag.

Shelf life estimates are based on industry studies from sources deemed reputable. Since Rainy Day Foods has no control over individual storage practices, they must disclaim any liability or warranty for particular results.

Shelf Life:  Should be stored in cool dark place- optimum condition is 60 degrees or less- for longer storage. Storing properly in our enameled cans and Super pail buckets, product may store up to 10-15 years. Bulk products need to be repackaged for long term storage.

Directions: Cooking instructions: (8 servings) Bring 4 quarts water to a rolling boil. Salt may be added. Add 3 cups egg noodles and quickly return to a boil stirring gently. Cover and bring back to rolling boil. Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. For best results, avoid over cooking. Drain. Serve immediately. A small amount of oil can be added.
