White cream sauce mix is just the sauce mix to add to your food storage.  White sauces are commonly used for pasta dishes from Italy, Greece, and Asia.  This sauce mix can be the base to your hollandaise sauce.  This is great to use to save you time to whip up your home cooked meal.  This is a must have for your long term food storage needs.

Ingredients:  Creamer (sunflower oil, corn syrup solids, sodium caseinate, dipotassium phosphatte, mono and triglcerides, sodium stearoyl lactylate, algin), Corn Starch, WheatFlour, Natural and Artificail Flavor, Chicken Fat, Salt, Nonfat Dried Milk, Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein, Silicon Dioxide, Sugar, Onion, Disodium Insonate and Disodium Guanylate, Spice Extracts. This product is non-GMO.

Dehydrated white cream sauce/soup powder is a versatile base that can be used for soups, sauces, gravies and much more.  This can be the base for a great white cream soup mix or use it to make a great alfredo sauce to go with your favorite pasta.  This can even be used to make a great gravy for your biscuits and gravy.  This is a delicious addition to your food storage staples.

Shelf Life:  Should be stored in cool dark place- optimum condition is 60 degrees or less- for longer storage. Storing properly in our enameled cans and Super pail buckets, product may store up to 5-10 years. Bulk products need to be repackaged for long term storage.

Directions:  For 4 servings, In a 2 qt pan, whisk together 1 cup soup mix to 3 cups water.  Add any cooked or uncooked meat, cheese or vegetable.  Bring to a light boil, stirring occasionally to avoid scorching.  Soup is ready when ingredients are tender.  For white sauce, cut the amount of water in half.  For gravy, make as white sauce and add beef or chicken bouillon or meat seasoning.   Great in soups and chowders.
