These take the hassel out of pealing and chopping your sweet potato up. They are great to put in casseroles. They can be used in your meal planning. These are a need for your long term food storage needs.

Ingredients: Dehydrated sweet potato dices preserved with sodium bisulfite. Naturally gluten free product. This product is non-GMO.

Our dehydrated sweet potato dices are a perfect addition to soups and casseroles. These dices are about 1/4" in diameter. They can be boiled until tender and then mashed. Adding butter, cinnamon, and brown sugar makes everyday a holiday. They are delicious if reconstituted and baked.

Shelf life estimates are based on industry studies from sources deemed reputable. Since Rainy Day Foods has no control over individual storage practices, they must disclaim any liability or warranty for particular results.

Shelf Life: Should be stored in cool dark place- optimum condition is 60 degrees or less- for longer storage. Storing properly in our enameled cans and Super pail buckets, product may store up to 15-20 years. Bulk products need to be repackaged for long term storage.

Nutritional Information	Directions: Cover 1/4 cup dehydrated sweet potatoes with 3/4 cup water to reconstitute. Simmer, cooking until tender. After reconstituted may add into casseroles or pan fry. Should be refrigerated after reconstituted if not cooked immediately. May add dry into soups and stews allowing for extra liquid.
