Our dehydrated sweet potato dices are a perfect addition to soups and casseroles. These dices are about 1/4" in diameter. They can be boiled until tender and then mashed. Adding butter, cinnamon, and brown sugar makes everyday a holiday. They are delicious if reconstituted and baked. Keep a supply of these in your pantry and you can enjoy your favorite sweet potato dish anytime - no special occasion required! Great to include in your long-term food storage.

Ingredients: Dehydrated sweet potato dices preserved with sodium bisulfite. Naturally gluten free product. This product is non-GMO.

Shelf Life: Should be stored in cool dark place- optimum condition is 60 degrees or less- for longer storage. Storing properly in our enameled cans and Super pail buckets, product may store up to 15-20 years. Bulk products need to be repackaged for long term storage.

Nutritional Information	Directions: Cover 1/4 cup dehydrated sweet potatoes with 3/4 cup water to reconstitute. Simmer, cooking until tender. After reconstituted may add into casseroles or pan fry. Should be refrigerated after reconstituted if not cooked immediately. May add dry into soups and stews allowing for extra liquid.
