3 Tbsp melted butter                                         ¼ cup plus 1 Tbsp cheddar cheese powder

¼ tsp yellow mustard powder

¼ tsp cayenne pepper (may substitute jalapeno pepper powder for “hot” popcorn)

4 cups popped popcorn                                    Sea salt and pepper to taste

In a large bowl combine butter, cheddar cheese powder, mustard powder, and cayenne or jalapeno powder with popcorn.

Season with salt and pepper to taste and toss to combine. Serve immediately.
