3-4 cups sprouted or steamed wheat
1 cup imitation beef bits or strips
½ cup tomato powder
2 Tbsp dried onion
1 Tbsp brown sugar
3-4 Tbsp chili seasoning
Place in crock pot and add 4-5 cups hot water. Simmer for several hours before serving. May add more water if needed.
