If so, you’re not the only one!

For those mornings when you’re in a rush, this is our quick and less messy way of doing breakfast. To start with, plug in and preheat your waffle iron to the desired temperature. Then we make our waffle batter by taking a disposable 18 ounce cup and fill it ¾ full of Rainy Day Foods Buttermilk Pancake Mix. Add water a little at a time into your pancake powder and stir with a butter knife. Continue to add water and stir until you have your desired consistency, but be sure to not over mix the batter. We like our mix to be thick enough that it’s not watery, but thin enough that it flows into the waffle iron with ease.
