2 cups quinoa, cooked                                       ¼ cup onion, chopped

1 cup raw shrimp, chopped                               1 tsp salt

2 eggs beaten                                                      1 ½ tsp ground ginger

Combine ingredients. Mix well and form into 1” balls. Deep fry balls until golden brown.

 Dipping Sauce

½ cup tamari (soy sauce)                                  ¾ cup water

2 Tbsp rice vinegar or cider vinegar
