candy corn parfaitAre you looking for a Halloween treat that’s a little healthier than chocolate? Well here’s a perfect alternative that’s also sweet! It’s also very simple to put together. All you need is some orange colored fruit, such as Oranges, Peaches or Mangos, some yellow colored fruit, like Bananas or Pineapple, and some Whip Topping. [caption id="attachment_2520" align="aligncenter" width="224"]Rainy Day Foods whipped topping and fruit Rainy Day Foods whipped topping and fruit[/caption] For my orange and yellow fruits, I’m using Rainy Day Foods Freeze Dried Mangos and Rainy Day Foods Freeze Dried Pineapple Chunks along with some Peaches. Simply reconstitute* the desired amount of fruit in boiling hot water. Let sit for about 5 minutes or until the fruit is back to its natural state. *For this particular recipe, I recommend reconstituting the fruits in separate bowls. Once chilled, top it off with the whip topping. You can even add some real candy corn candies on top of the whip topping for a little decoration. chilled parfaitTada!!
