Eating
hashbrowns with your breakfast is pretty common. Eating mashed potatoes with your breakfast, though, just seems odd. But why? A potato is a potato, so what harm could it do? That’s why for breakfast this morning I made my family a little something I like to call Breakfast Mash.

Simply put, Breakfast Mash is a layered breakfast:
Bottom Layer of precooked
scrambled eggs with
ham chunks
Middle Layer of prepared
butter mashed potatoes

And a top layer of imitation
bakon crumbles and
shredded cheese.
Bake at 350’ for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
