1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil                               1 tsp curry powder 1 carrot, chopped                                               1 cup yellow split peas 1 stalk celery, chopped                                     4 cups water 1 small onion, chopped                                    1 tsp salt Heat olive oil in a large saucepan.
